These open top shoes have a snugger fitting heel than the other open top shoes which helps reduce heel slippage. These are still not recommended for someone with a narrow heel or extreme foot conditions.Footnotes: Please remember you should not normally want to fit your diabetic patients either shorter or narrower than measured. However, by following these instructions, you will achieve a fit comparable to the other shoes in our line.
